Awesome time! Came for a staff round of mini golf and had a blast. Excellent service at the desk as well. Definitely stop and play a round. I didn't stay in any rooms, but I always hear good things
It was the best hotel experience ever! My husband, brother and I stayed there for a week in May 2018 during our visit to Cranbrook to see family. As soon as we arrived, the very warm and welcoming hosts offered us a high quality chocolate each during the check in process. George gave us a tour of the facility (work out room, mini-golf, BBQ, outside lounge area) and our room. We stayed in the newly constructed suites that were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had all we need to make a meal (including utensils, cookware, fridge, freezer and a stove with an oven). - the beds were SUPER COMFY (supposedly the BEST beds in town) as they were imported from ENGLAND! - there was a heated towel rack and heated tile floors in the washroom- custom made soap bars - awesome daily housekeeping - TV with tons of channels - the room even had fresh flowers! - parking was super easy as it was right in front of our room- the customer service was incredible as well We were thoroughly impressed with every moment and every part of our stay. Do yourself a favour and book your next hotel here!
Loved it , am loving it still as we speak. Wonderful beds , spotless, awesome bathrooms heated tile is so nice on the feet. Wonderful owners so helpful and the employees are great. We had a wonderful time here walking around the lake. Mini golf, all the beautiful flowers. Going miss staying here difinately coming back and would recommend staying here it's a great experience. Thanks for taking such great care of us
I highly recommend Elizabeth Lake Lodge. Our stay here was so comfortable and welcome after a week of camping! We appreciated the extra, thoughtful touches such as the owner showing us to the room, the chocolates, the heated bathroom floor, the orchid on the table, and the beautiful flowers in the window boxes. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My husband enjoyed his early morning walk along the trails right outside our door. Owner pride was very evident and justified. If I owned a lodge, this is exactly how I would run it.
My room was extremely clean, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The pillows and duvet were very luxurious....I slept like a baby. Owners really pay attention to detail and the needs of their guests. The orchid on the table as well as chocolates at check in gave that extra touch and the park behind the property was the perfect place for a walk after being cooped up in the car. Definitely 5 star!
