I went to a meeting hosted at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice. We had some issues with the thermostat but the staff was quick to help us. Overall a positive experience.

Our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is clean and convenient. It has a restaurant sports bar that has good food and drinks. It has a coffee shop on site and was completely wonderful. I recommend the almond butter crossant with the dark roast that rivals Starbucks. The rooms are well appointed and adequate, they have glassware and we enjoyed a bottle of wine in the room and the glasses were handy. The hotel itself is showing some wear but compared to other options in the area this hotel can rightly be called prestigious.

Great hotel overall! Was kind of disappointed as I was on a late flight that wasn't coming in until 12AM and I called ahead to note my account not to cancel my booking. When I arrived at the counter the front desk lady was very rude stating that they charged me because I didnt show up for my booking and that it was cancelled and slated as a "no show". But the rest of the visit was good.

I expected a lot more from this hotel based on the name "prestige" and the photos online. While the hotel looks decent and the rooms were clean, the walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallway as well as next to you, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the staff overt were only ok. We werent given much information at check in about the hotel and during checkout weren't even asked how our stay was. Overall I am extremely disappointed in this hotel and have had better experiences staying at holiday inn, best western and even super 8. I would advise looking at other options for a more reasonable cost before staying here.

Ive stayed here many times - mostly because its clean and quiet and pleasant and because it has an attached restaurant for dinner and breakfast (I dont do continental breakfasts). Well, now the restaurant (West Coast Grill) is closed for breakfast so I had to drive 3km to find a decent breakfast spot. I guess next time through Ill be staying somewhere else, especially as the hotel advertises a restaurant as one of their amenities but says nothing about it only being open at 5pm.
