Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. M&k replaced my hot water tank when the problem was tree roots in the outside line. When Steven(owner) replaced the tank he broke the overflow plan, to which he responded: "it doesnt matter, you wont need it for 10 years." That night the water once again overflowed, made worse by the broken pan. Steven(owner) came the next day and put in a pressure water valve. That night pan overflowed again. By this time it was the weekend and I did not want to deal with an call technician again. I was told I could hire someone else or wait until Monday. I hired Another Plumbing company, who immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate before starting work, fixed problem and tested plumbing when complete. All of which M&K Plumbing failed to do. My son thats in Highschool could do a better job then Steven (owner ) at M&K Plumbing. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs in the Cranbrook area....
We contacted M&K to install an air conditioner in our new house. They were very professional & easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them & use them for future projects
