Great visit especially since they've updated the interior of the building recently. Got out of the smoke caused by the fires recently near Cranbrook and got to breath some clean air and do some major shopping. Comfy public seating when you want to sit down and people watch.
Tamarack mall is smaller than other malls I've been in but the people in the stores are very nice and make your shopping experience alot better
Loved the place. Great parking. In fact, so good I happen to witness a couple shop lifters get rounded up by the fine staff from Canadian tire. It was no Cops episode with some whacked out sniffer with gold paint all over his face but still entertaining. I go there to purchase goods some times as well but more for entertainment. I'm from a small town. Lol
The only interesting Store in this Mall is Winners! needs more clothing stores, kids cloths and toys stores, electronic & Home decor stores etc...
I've known it since Woodwards was an anchor store, and when the only places you could catch a movie were downtown or at the drive-in. As a shopping centre it's had its ups and downs, but now even with a Walmart and a Superstore in town it's managed to hang on and remain viable. It worth checking out.
