My wife and I were first time mountain bike buyers and the staff here definitely helped inform us before we made a decision. They were friendly and super patient throughout the process and when I got my bike home and decided it felt slightly too big they got me back in and on a different size no questions asked and with a smile. Super happy with the store and their staff.
Dropped my father's bike off on Monday to get various things done. When I asked for sprockets to be replaced (he claimed it would take up to a month to order a main sprocket) . Got charged for a tune up and the spokes are still somewhat loose, didn't bother to put air in the tires and didn't do what I asked to be done. Not gonna drop a name but be careful, very disappointed.
Always great service. It seems we've been in every month this ski season for some kind of gear and Gerrick's doesnt disappoint. My husband had skis ordered and they called the minute they were delivered so he could get them mounted that same day. Highly recommend!
Great store that has a great range of products in stock. It is just a shame that most of the employees know very little about the products that they carry.
