They order materials for their projects, decide that they do not need it anymore and never pay for it or pick it up. Careful who you hire.
I am a property manager and have been using whitecap for maintenance, fixes and upgrades on the buildings. They are fast, professional, friendly and fairly priced. All work done has been excellent, and done on time with high quility workmanship. Very happy overall with my experience and I Would recommend to anyone 10/10.
Whitecap did the roof on my house and they were great! They were here early the day they said they would be, finished ahead of schedule and it looks perfect. They were very professional, cleaned the whole perimeter of my house before leaving and even cleaned the debris out of my gutter from the shingles. I had one small issue with an old piece of flashing that I opted not to get replaced and it kept popping up after my roof was done and they came back no questions asked and repaired it for me even though it wasnt their fault and I was the one who opted not to get it replaced in the first place. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be calling them when its time for siding as well!
