We use Dacota for most of our outgoing shipments and all of our FedEx express shipping. Never an issue. The lady who answers the phone is always pleasant, the drivers are nice and packages are always picked up and delivered without issue. Would recommend to anyone.
I've never been treated so well. They deliver where you need a package and get it to you promptly. I will always recommend Dacota to everybody.
If I could give minus stars, I would. This is the worst courier EVER. I don't even have a choice to not use their "service", because it is contracted through UPS as the local delivery. I had five parcels returned because they somehow thought we moved. Before they got the contract, I never had any problems with receiving my shipments with Purolater when they had the contract to deliver for UPS. I just received another notice today that yet another parcel was returned... I have contacted Dacota numerous times, and assured them we have not moved, yet the problems continue. I am losing business now because of them. Words cannot express my frustration and anger with this whole situation... and I'm an easy-going person who understands we can all make mistakes. . But this is ridiculous. It is my belief that Dacota should not be in business.
Like going back to the 80's. 3 people in the office and not one even lifts there head. To busy eating Timmies and texting. 5 minutes later a young guy walks through the door and asks if ive been helped. Why have a business if your customer service doesn't exist? Hire and TRAIN your employees or send them packing! It's amazing how bad service is when your company is busy and has the majority of the market in a small town, yet they would be the first to complain if a big corp came in and ran a professional service
The staff was very nice and helpful And shipped all our packages. Thank you so much the woman who wrote up the paperwork was extremely helpful
