I had an appointment booked then got a call 4 hours before my appointment saying there was a scheduling mishap and in order to get this other client in "I'm the only thorn in their side that they have to shuffle around". Hopefully this review isn't too much of a thorn in your side. I'm disappointed in the professionalism.I recieved a call from the stylist shortly after this review and she made a great effort to make things right. Thank you
good place for haircut. staff is friendly and very welcoming
Having my hair done was intimidating. But Jolene was So kind and very comforting about everything i told her how i wanted to styles it and she walked me through the daily steps I should take to keep it healthy.... 100% going back every time i need something don't to it.
