Staff had no idea what they were doing..how do u have a job in printing if u cant figure out how to enlarge a print

8 people working there (that I could see) and no one could be bothered to ask if i needed help. Too busy talking to each other. People wonder why Amazon is taking over the retail universe.
Bought a sculpt keyboard... didnt work, and since Im out of town, thought it better to ring them and ask if this was a common occurrence with, hopefully, an easy fix... tried successive times to get through on their advertised number and no matter what option I chose, nothing happened ... the call would ring once on the specific line chosen then nothing... dead air.In this day and age, youd expect someone to at least be able to answer the phone in the technology department.
When you go to the store itself the staff are friendly and help a lot, but their service when you call to ask questions, is lacking. Aka no one ever answers and when they do they don't know anything about what your asking about.
